Tara Miele is a DGA and WGA member who has set up projects at Lionsgate, Screen Gems, and New Line. Her work has been archived at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Science’s Margaret Herrick Library and her award-winning films have screened around the world, most notably at Slamdance and SXSW. Tara’s first feature,The Lake Effect, earned her a spot on Raindance Film Festival’s “Top Ten American Indie Directors to Watch.” She has directed four feature films and worked with big name talent. Her latest feature, The Lost Boy, a psychological thriller starring Virginia Madsen, was released earlier this year. Her commercial clients include Pioneer Electronics, Warner Bros Pictures, Farmers Insurance, The Four Seasons, and Pandora Radio.
