Arianna Lapenne is a Director and Cinematographer of documentary, TV, and commercial work. Arianna has shot and directed for The New York Times, Al Jazeera, and National Geographic on subjects ranging from drought and natural disaster to the conflict in Israel and Palestine, and her cinematography can be seen in the Emmy award-winning SHOWTIME series, "The Years of Living Dangerously", as well as on feature docs in the Sundance Labs, Public Broadcasting and VICE. Her recent branded work includes a 9-part branded episodic series about the future of technology with VICE for General Electric and is currently filming a series about female activists all over the world from the Amazon Rainforest to Kurdistan.
